Princess "Manni's" photobooks were published with great success. Steidl, Goettingen, published  "Mamarazza" in both Germany and the United States, "SaynerZeit" appeared at the Kulturverlag Polzer, Salzburg, in 2005, and teNeues published "The Sayn-Wittgenstein Collection" in five languages in 2006.

Her pictures have been shown in a large number of exhibitions, such as Galerie Artmosphere in Salzburg and Vienna, PictureShow in Berlin, Reygers in Munich and the Westwood Galery in New York.

A large exhibition with some 140 pictures was shown until May 13, 2007 at the renowned KunstHausWien Museum for modern art in Vienna.
